The number of RECRUITS you have is mostly determined by 3 things:

1. How many recruiting sessions you do each month.
2. How long your team members and customers stick around.
3. How good you are at converting people from your session into an
actual recruit.

If you improve any of these areas, your team will grow!
If you improve all three, your business will fly!

If you are serious about building a strong and successful
(not to mention profitable) party plan business, you need to build your
team. To do so, you should focus on doing a few things to increase your
actual recruits.

1) Do you have a list of customers? (I hope so!)
Send out an offer for a complimentary career session to your customers.
They already like your products, so it stand to reason that they’d like
to be a member and get all the benefits that go with membership.

Try to send only a focused personalized email for this particular reason.
Don’t confuse your reader by including lots of other info, promos, etc.
Make it a one-topic email and put a time limit on it. You can offer a free
lunch or coffee, or offer a small free product for anyone who joins you for a personalized career session.

2) Grow your newsletter list.

This is a great way to get your word out about your products and also
offer occasional career sessions and let people know what a great business
you’ve built…and how they can too!

The best way to convert readers into customers and actual recruits?
Don’t generalize, but tell actual stories, interview your own successful
team members, talk about specifics that your list will be interested in.
Capture the heart and minds of those who you are speaking to. This will
help not only get your email read, but kept, passed around and even have people
looking forward to the next one!

3. Tell people what’s in it for them (the complimentary career session).
Let them know about the type of earning those in your company make.
Talk about freedom and any other benefits you feel will work.

Again, since it’s a “free” session, people may not value it. Let them
know that the opportunity to work with you on your team is now.
You could even offer a “career night” where you teach a class,
educate and focus on recruiting only. Give everyone who attends a
free gift.

Get Coaching Clients: Marketing for Clients-- The Basics

Part Two: GET COACHING CLIENTS THE BASICS -- How to start marketing for your clients The bottom line is you need clients to make money. For some this is akin to stabbing themselves in the eye. For others, it's not big trick. They market, network and basically act like a Town Crier for themselves. They are their own best media. I totally get the first one; the second is a mystery to me. However, for the last several years I've been a pretty successful marketing coach and consultant. No, I'm not a zillionaire, but I've bought several homes, had top-level cars, yada, yada, yada. It's not the material stuff that makes me swoon, though. It's the rewarding connections with customers who use my advice and guides to help them. It's the great testimonials and happy people I work with. That's what jazzes me. But, I do like to eat, so I have to continue to market and "sell" myself. And I can tell you I've learned a thing or 90 about...

Online Marketing Trends in the Next Decade - What will continue to grow; what will die off

Online Marketing Trends in the Next Decade - What will continue to grow; what will die off If you're a small business owner and entrepreneur, you know that selling is a high-priority, key aspect of keeping your business growing. This involves consistent marketing, branding, media (in some cases) and personalized selling. Bringing in new leads and business can be as easy as going to where your leads source is. These days, often social media platforms and groups are where your target market congregates. You can reach them, provide information, engaging videos and do your personal selling to bring them into your business. One key trend will be more personal engagement with each prospective customer. For example, mass emailing and "hit and miss" scattershot messages will give way to more targeted, personalized emails that are directed at a prospect. These are designed to not only personally invite a prospect to your business/site, but to create a relationship. Another...

Where to Get Free Life Coaching Leads

When you're starting your coaching business, the toughest thing could be getting new leads. It's where most coaches struggle. However, if you're resourceful, you can come up with leads in your very own neighborhood. One way is to start a networking group. This isn't just any old networking group, however. It's a coach networking group. By working with a small group of dedicated coaches from every discipline (love, life, weight, business, etc.) you can create a "forum" of sorts that not only helps you grow, gives you credibility in your community and exposure, but also gives you a constant source of leads to share with others. By setting up a group like this you can mandate that all members bring and share leads, offer resources for learning and even help share in any costs associated with running the group. You can advertise on local sites like craigslist.org or even set up a Meet Up group dedicated to this.
